>We use only high-quality electronic Sun-Nuclear CRM's (Continues Radon Monitors).
>In most cases we set up the monitors at the time of your scheduled home inspection or,
providing we receive enough notice, arrange the set-up 48 hours prior to your inspection.
>Upon request, we will advise the listing agent or home owner/occupant about the required
"closed house conditions" prior to the scheduled test.
>We e-mail to you the computer-produced radon test reports usually on the day of the pick-up.
>Following your instructions we will copy the report to your client, realtor and/or
attorney.
>We will invoice you by monthly statements at the end of the month for all the tests performed
on your behalf.
